Customer complaints submitted to CARCHEX are documented in our customer service management system and assigned a case number. Every complaint is researched and followed up with immediately and resolved as quickly as possible. If a customer is upset about a denied claim, we will investigate, understand what happened, and speak with the administrator on behalf of the customer to determine why the claim was not paid and to determine if there are any further steps that can be taken on the customer's behalf in regards to that claim.

To make this process even easier, we launched a micro-site called CARCHEX complaints, where consumers can easily submit issues to our team, who will respond quickly with answers. In addition any customer can email the CEO directly at if they have questions or suggestions.
