The main reason there are complaints are because claims at times get denied. Even though we pay over 95% of all the claims that are submitted, claims can be denied and that can create a problem for a consumer. They can be upset that their claim was denied even if it was denied fairly. So we do everything we can, sometimes there is some good will that CARCHEX can provide to help that customer, but ultimately that can cause a customer to be upset. The other thing unfortunately is that we got some of our competitors who post things that just aren't true about CARCHEX to try and disparage the brand or they may be upset that they can't compete fairly. It's hard for me to determine why somebody would do that, but it does happen. But in any case, the goal here is to have 100% customer satisfaction and customers can access me at any time if they have comments, questions, they're dissatisfied in any way. I'm readily available and I get back to every customer same day.
