The average car battery lasts between two and five years, after which point you will have to replace it. If your battery needs replacement during the normal, three-year warranty period, your replacement battery will be covered in full, and you will receive a credit toward the purchase of another replacement battery for the remainder of the eight years.

This credit is based on the current-retail price and decreases over time. For example, you get 60% off during months 37 to 45 but only 5% off in months 96 to 100.

The Honda CPO Warranty covers certified pre-owned vehicles. This warranty includes:
