When a customer contacts us as a result of filing a claim and the administrators found it to be an existing or pre-existing issue, what we will do on behalf of the customer is contact the administrator to make absolutely certain before letter and intent of the contract was enforced by the administrator. Ultimately it comes down to the administrators decision and the adjuster that they would have sent out to examine the vehicle to determine whether was denied as existing or pre-existing.
